Fresh Black’s 15-Year Story Told Through Colorful Coffee Packaging by Marta Lo

Ukrainian designer Marta Lo created this bright and colorful packaging set for Fresh Black, a specialty coffee brand celebrating its 15th anniversary. The project covers four coffee origins, each packaged in a compact round jar with a vivid gradient label.

The system revolves around a simple but clever idea: using a line graph as a storytelling device. Each label maps part of the brand’s journey, turning its highs, lows and turning points into dotted curves that move across the lid. When the four jars are placed side by side, those individual graphs connect into one continuous timeline, creating a visual record of Fresh Black’s 15 years in business. It’s a smart packaging concept that balances data, emotion and shelf appeal, transforming each coffee origin into both a flavor profile and a chapter in the brand’s story.
