AYANEO Reveals the World’s First Android Handheld with a 7-inch 120Hz OLED Display

Published Jul 14, 2024

Another AYANEO device is on the way.

AYANEO is making a serious push on the Android space with the announcement of their latest device, the AYANEO Pocket EVO. The company is touting the device as the world’s first Android gaming handheld with a 7-inch 120Hz OLED display, aiming to set a new industry standard.

The Pocket EVO will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon G3x Gen 2 Gaming Platform, which should deliver some serious performance for the most demanding games at high resolution and refresh rates.

Improved Gameplay Experience

In addition to the powerful SoC and stunning OLED display, the Pocket EVO AYANEO will come equipped with hall sensing joysticks and triggers, larger and more ergonomic grips, and HD linear motors for a more immersive experience.

While specific details about the battery capacity have yet to be disclosed, it’s rumored to be significantly larger than those found in previous models.

Pre-Launch Campaign

Pricing is yet to be announced but the pre-launch campaign for the AYANEO Pocket EVO is now live. For more information and to sign up for updates, visit the Indiegogo page.
