Playful Monster Packaging for Cherry Tomatoes by Meteorito
Published Mar 4, 2026
Valencia-based studio Meteorito created this compact, character-driven packaging for Tomatier Snack, a cherry tomato portion developed for Nijasol as a special edition for Carrefour.
What could have been a standard produce box becomes a small, wide-eyed monster whose mouth doubles as a product window, revealing the tomatoes inside. Along the top, a die-cut crest mimics a green tomato stalk and locks the box shut with a simple, clever gesture.
The concept reframes fresh produce as something playful rather than boring, encouraging both kids and parents to go on a fun, edible adventure.
