The Invisible Book: Inspiring Inclusion Through Design
Published Nov 13, 2025
Created by creative director Caio Cardoso and R/GA São Paulo for Google, in collaboration with Box1824, The Invisible Book is a fantastic design project that turns data and research on social exclusion into a powerful visual experience.
Every year, companies publish studies about the challenges faced by marginalized groups, yet many corporate leaders still struggle to turn those insights into meaningful action. To bridge that gap, The Invisible Book presents the results of Google’s extensive research in an immersive, large-format publication that combines physical and digital storytelling.
Inside, bold colors, impactful typography and minimalist visuals challenge readers (particularly CEOs) to reflect on their role in shaping a legacy of diversity, equity and inclusion. The book’s graphic language, from geometric shapes to vibrant chromatic transitions, reinforces a simple truth: inclusion must be seen, felt and acted upon.
